Robert Barry · 1 comments

The founder and chair of Col Crawford Lifestyle Cars in Sydney’s northern beaches died on Monday May 24, 2021.

Aged 33, Mr Col Crawford (OAM) started selling used cars in Brookvale more than 54 years ago on May 11, 1967, and quickly acquired more land and some new car franchises, firstly Honda, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, and Rambler, shortly followed by Datsun (Nissan) and BMW.

His son Stephen Crawford and three grandsons, Harrison, Jake and Will Crawford are all active members within the three-generation family owned and operated business that now represents more than 10 manufacturers across ten locations in the northern beaches’ region.
