Inchcape’s Greater China Toyota marketing team has unveiled an online to offline (O2O) car-buying solution at the flagship Toyota Kowloon Bay store in Hong Kong.

“The O2O package brings the best of online engagement tools and diverse offline services and benefits to customers,” Inchcape Hong Kong marketing director Adley Low says.

“The highlights include a continuously updated website to enable self-service car ordering and learning about the latest vehicle specification updates,” Low says.

“Showroom visitors can enjoy extensive vehicle information and videos on the newly installed touch-sensitive interactive digital screens before and after their test drive.

“A real-time spot inventory check with self-service ordering is another online service that enhances convenience and flexibility. Quite simply, they can choose the car of their choice and complete all sales details from the convenience of their home if they want to.

“Eco-friendliness is another feature of the new-look showroom thanks to the installation of soft LED lighting that replicates natural daylight and an eye-catching grass wall,” he says.
