His responsibilities include ensuring that all service operations align with Suzuki’s approved policies and standards and maintaining the highest quality and efficiency.

Rolfe’s extensive expertise will also be pivotal in developing strategies to improve service throughput, customer retention and satisfaction, and dealer profitability.

Most recently, he served as a district aftersales manager in the Southern Region. In this position, he was responsible for aftersales operations and provided product and organisational support to Suzuki’s dealer network in his region.

During his six-year tenure in this position, Rolfe focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, improving dealer profitability, and ensuring that Suzuki’s aftersales operations adhered to the highest standards as expected by customers.

Before becoming aftersales manager, Rolfe spent three years as an Automobile Service and Technical Advisor. He provided national-level technical product support in this capacity, ensuring that repair quality standards were met and that Suzuki’s service policies were consistently upheld across all dealerships.

“Gavin has been an integral part of Suzuki Australia’s growth and success over the years,” Pachota says.

“His expertise, dedication, and leadership have consistently driven positive outcomes for our dealers and customers. Gavin’s strength in bringing people together and his ability to quickly apply a teamwork strategy when problem-solving gives me great confidence that he will enthusiastically lead his new team.

“We’ve got exciting projects in the pipeline, expanding on future technologies, and I am highly confident that Gavin will be a leader who delivers exceptional results,” he says.
