Porsche Australia says its new Porsche Studio which has opened in the Automall West precinct of the Indooroopilly shopping centre is part of its future retail concept to reach out to new and younger target groups as well as existing customers.
The German brand says the basic idea behind the concept is to bring the product offering to the customers and not the other way around.
The Porsche Studio Brisbane was launched in conjunction with the Porsche Centre Brisbane and Eagers Automotive.
It will display Porsche vehicles and test drive bookings will be available. In addition a fitting lounge will offercustomers the opportunity to individually configure and order vehicles.
Porsche Lifestyle merchandise, and a private café for Porsche customers are also included. The space is designed to put a focus on showcasing Porsche innovation and maximising customer convenience.
“Our retail formats are evolving for the future, so it is exciting to see the first Porsche Studio in Australia now open,” Porsche Cars Australia managing director and chief executive Daniel Schmollinger says.
“We opened our first ‘Destination Porsche’ dealership late last year, and now our first Porsche Studio. These new and exciting touchpoints give us different way to interact with our Porsche owners, both new and existing.
“The Porsche Studio is a great place for likeminded people, be they Porsche owners or fans, to meet and interact with our brand, products and technology,” Schmollinger says.
Across the globe, Porsche Studios are urban retail sites with a focus both on a high-quality experience and enjoyable opportunities for contact with the brand and products.
The Porsche Studio Brisbane is the 20th Porsche Studio opened globally since 2017, and the first to be located in Australia.
