Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited (MMAL) carried April all-time records into May reporting a best ever five-month period for sales.
Early internal figures show 7006 vehicles sold in May 2013, a 36% growth on May 2012 and the highest recorded May result – spurred on by the brand’s ‘No time to waste sale’.
Mitsubishi Australia’s total sales for the first five months of 2013 (Jan-May) shows an all-time record level, compared with the same period in previous years, with SUV/LCV models driving the growth.
CEO Mutsuhiro Oshikiri says: “The sale has contributed to our all-time record growth by continuing to deliver outstanding value across the range. June is a key sales month with the end of financial year and we aim to build on this momentum by offering even better deals; especially on Mirage and ASX,” says Oshikiri.
