Australia’s largest Mercedes-Benz dealer group LSH Auto Australia says the launch of its unique product cadet traineeship program is another milestone which reflects its commitment to developing automotive retail and service industry experts.

Launched in November 2022, the first batch of applicants from across the country embarked on an intensive six-month program that will incorporate both classroom and hands-on practical experience.

“This in-house program is designed to provide our future talent with the best possible introduction process, covering the LSH Auto values and culture, our products, our process, and our systems,” LSH Auto Australia managing director John Good says.

LSH Auto Australia runs ten outlets across the capital cities of Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne. Each dealership is the largest in each of these cities.

The dealer group was established and expanded through dealership acquisitions from Mercedes-Benz Group AG in Sydney (2015), Brisbane (2015), and Melbourne (2017).

In Sydney, LSH Auto Australia has the world’s first fully integrated Mercedes-AMG Performance Centre.

In Brisbane, the LSH Breakfast Creek Wharf Lifestyle Centre, opened in 2019, is the home of Mercedes-Benz Brisbane, which is one of the brand’s largest facilities in the Southern Hemisphere.
