Mazda Australia has announced the winners of its 2023 Mazda Master Dealer Excellence Award.

For the first time in three years Mazda Australia was able to host the winning Dealer Principals from across the country at an event in Sydney for a weekend of recognition and celebration.

Founded in 1994, the awards are given to Mazda Australia network dealers that offer the gold standard in client experience and business excellence.

This year, all winners were split into five different categories – Metro 1, Metro 2, Metro 3, Provincial and Rural.

Following an exhaustive assessment, 15 dealers were awarded the desirable title of 2022 Master Dealer.

Wippells Autos in Toowoomba Queensland claimed a record-breaking 29th consecutive award, while Aspley Mazda in Queensland scored its 26th, and Ringwood Mazda in Victoria earned its 25th. Pakenham Mazda in Victoria received their first award.

Mazda Australia sales director Jarrod Gieschen says the recipients of this year’s awards had done an admirable job considering the trying conditions of the last 12 months.

“2022 was a year where we had to adapt to the conditions put in front of us, with supply and distribution disruptions throwing a spanner in the works for our dealers nationwide,” Gieschen says.

“But despite these challenges, this year’s award winners have proven that through hard work and going the extra mile, excellence can still be achieved, and this is evident when reviewing our very strong customer satisfaction results.”
