Kia Australia has launched a new captive finance brand, Kia Finance, in partnership with Hyundai Capital Australia, aimed at supporting both personal and business buyers with tailored loan products through its national dealer network.

The new offering includes flexible finance options, personalised interest rates, and access to Kia’s Guaranteed Future Value (GFV) product, branded as Kia Renew. Applications can be made directly in dealerships through digital tools supported by trained business managers.

“This launch reinforces Kia Australia’s commitment to delivering more than just exceptional vehicles – it’s about creating a smooth, enjoyable journey for every customer,” said Kia Australia CEO Damien Meredith.

Kia Finance will allow customers to package vehicle accessories, servicing, registration, and compulsory third-party insurance into their loans. The offering also includes options for business users to structure repayments to suit their cash flow.

At the end of the loan term, Kia Renew GFV gives customers the option to:

– Trade in and apply any equity toward a new vehicle

– Retain the vehicle by paying out the GFV

– Or return the vehicle, subject to mileage and condition criteria

Donglim Shin, CEO of Kia Finance, said the program reflects Kia’s broader shift toward integrated customer services. “It’s built to support long-term relationships, not just transactions,” he said.

The new platform is underpinned by Hyundai Capital’s global financial services experience and is expected to play a key role in Kia Australia’s future retail and growth strategy.
