Jaguar F-Pace 90th anniversary edition offered

Geoff Dobson · 0 comments

Jaguar F-Pace 90th anniversary edition is based on the R-Dynamic SE variant, with unique badging to commemorate the final F-Pace model as Jaguar transitions to an all-electric luxury brand from 2025.

The F-Pace range includes a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) offering up to 69km (NEDC) electric range and fast charging from zero to 80% 30 minutes.

The F-Pace was Jaguar’s first SUV and is one of its most successful models with 328,000 examples built at its Solihull production facility.

The 90th edition P250 is available to order now, with prices from A$91,915 plus on road costs, and the 90th edition P400e from A$115,882, with Australian deliveries expected from September.

Additional specifications include 21-inch Gloss Black alloy wheels, configurable dynamics, adaptive dynamics, privacy glass, a sliding panoramic roof, Gloss Black roof rails, head-up display (HUD) and 3D surround camera technology.

Inside are supportive sports seats with contrast stitching, ebony headlining and aluminium interior trim.

Clients can choose their F-Pace 90th anniversary edition in R-Dynamic SE specification with a choice of engines – including the P250 Ingenium four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, and for the first time offered in Australia the P400e PHEV.

The P400e powertrain’s combined output of 297kW and 640Nm torque enables acceleration from 0-100km/h in 5.3 seconds.

It already accounts for more than one in 10 F-Pace sales globally, and in countries such as the Netherlands – where electrified vehicles are popular – this share is expected to reach as high as 98%.

For the 25.5 model year, the P400e comprises nine modules with an energy storage capacity to 19.2kWh, offering from 51g/km CO2 emissions and up to 2.2-litres/100km (NEDC) fuel consumption.

“F-Pace has given new clients to the brand a choice of models including the efficient plug-in electric hybrid,” says Jaguar managing director Rawdon Glover.

“As we prepare for an all-electric future, the 90th anniversary edition is a fitting tribute to nine decades of pioneering design, performance and innovation.”

Today’s Jaguar range comprises the I-Pace all-electric performance SUV, F-Pace performance SUV, E-Pace compact performance SUV, XE and XF saloons, and F-Type sports car.

Jaguar is designed and engineered in the United Kingdom and sold in 117 countries. It belongs to the JLR house of brands with Range Rover, Defender and Discovery.
