“It is such an honour for the Sawicki family and Frankston Kia to achieve the Dealer of the Year and Southern Region Dealer of the Year,” Sawicki said.

“We have only been with the Kia family for approximately five years, and it’s the passion of our group and the people at Kia that made this achievement possible.”

Record sales drive competition

The awards ceremony celebrated dealer performance during 2025, when Kia Australia achieved a record 82,105 new vehicle sales across its national network.

Kia Australia CEO Damien Meredith praised Frankston Kia’s achievement, noting the high level of competition across the dealer network.

“It’s a tremendous effort from Adam and a testament to the fortitude of the Sawicki family on winning our national Dealer of the Year award, in what was such a hotly contested and prized field,” Meredith said.

Queensland’s Motorama Kia Moorooka delivered exceptional performance, claiming the Northern Region Dealer of the Year Award while setting a new national record for Kia sales with 1891 new vehicles delivered in 2025. The dealership also received the Top Sales Award, with CFO Shane Kiem accepting the awards on behalf of Dealer Principal Joel Mullins.

Other regional winners included Adelaide City Kia in South Australia for the Central Region, Osborne Park Kia in Western Australia, and Pennant Hills Kia in New South Wales for the Eastern Region.

SVM Roseville in New South Wales was recognised with the Top Aftersales Award for outstanding customer service and operational performance.

Phil Gilbert Kia and Great Western Kia both achieved Platinum Prestige status in 2025, recognising global excellence across the entire Kia dealer network worldwide.

The ceremony featured appearances by Kia ambassadors including UFC champion Alex Volkanovski, AFL legend Buddy Franklin, cricket great David Boon and former rugby league star Nathan Hindmarsh.

The awards underscore Kia Australia’s commitment to fostering a high-performing, customer-focused dealer network across the country.
