Australian BMW M sales grew 19.6% in 2023

Australian registrations of BMW M cars increased by 19.7% in 2023 ranking the market number two in the world for sales of high-performance cars in the overall mix. Globally, BMW M sales passed 200,000 units for the first time, with total volume up by 14.3% compared with 2022.

Following several high-profile photo leaks, BMW has unveiled its new M2 sports coupe in full; simultaneously confirming it for launch in Australia. Priced from $119,900 plus on-road costs, the M2 is set to arrive in local showrooms in the first half of next year.
