Uber EV pilot to boost Australian secondhand market

Uber and Car Empire say they will accelerate Australia’s secondhand EV market with an Australian-first pilot. Uber drivers and Uber Eats delivery people in Brisbane and the Gold Coast can access “affordable offers” on secondhand EVs, available on Uber’s vehicle marketplace.

Optimus Group completes Autocare acquisition

The Optimus Group Company Limited of Japan (Optimus Group) has advised the Tokyo Stock Exchange that it has completed the acquisition of all shares in Autocare Service Pty Ltd (Autocare) by its wholly owned subsidiary Optimus Group Australia Pty Ltd (OPTAU).
